One of the most important genealogical collections available today, Ancestry Library Edition (ALE) contains thousands of databases, billions of names, and newly updated search options, results pages, and image viewer! With the April 2012 release of the 1940 U.S. Federal Census and the ongoing indexing of all 132 million+ name on more than 3.2 million pages, we wanted to highlight the progress to-date and answer questions you may have! This course will focus specifically on the 1940 U.S. Federal Census found as part of the Ancestry Library Edition (ALE) U.S. Federal Census collection. The session is scheduled for 45 minutes.
