State Librarian Dan Siebersma awarded Certificates of Public Library Management to three graduates of the Library Training Institute at the Northern State University campus in Aberdeen on June 17.

2011 Festival of Books and Authors on the Road details are revealed
The South Dakota Festival of Books will take place Oct. 7-9 in Deadwood. Over 60 authors from all over the country will participate in the free, three-day event.
